Those who read the post-publication remarks for my previous book know my tragic circumstances, so I won’t repeat them here. In fact, the inspiration for this book even came to me while I was looking in the mirror.

3. Future Updates
Promises should not be made lightly, so I shall not fail others; promises should not be trusted lightly, so others shall not fail me.
While I would love to promise four updates a day, I prefer to guarantee three to ensure I never break my word.
Bonus chapters will continue as usual: an extra chapter for every 50 monthly votes, 500 recommendation votes, or 5,000-point tip.
Beyond that, if I have the energy, I will add more chapters on my own (naturally, if the initial subscription numbers are good, I will have more motivation to write).
Some authors think it’s meaningless to trade bonus chapters for votes, arguing that if you write well, people will vote naturally, but I disagree. Every vote is an affirmation from a reader. There isn’t much an author can do, and releasing bonus chapters in return for that affirmation is the best response I can offer.

This book is launching a bit late, and the free content provided is more than that of most novels.
