Chapter Sixteen: A Brief Encounter with Spring at Tian Ai Pass
Why did this woman seem as if she’d been drugged? Watching her claw at her own body incessantly, Xue Tian’ai was at a loss.
As his thoughts ran wild, the woman seemed to tire of scratching herself; her delicate, jade-like hands began to roam over Xue Tian’ai, groping him without restraint.
“Stop, stop, don’t touch me there—hey, that’s not right! I have a fiancée!” Feeling her hands grow ever more brazen, Xue Tian’ai’s whole body tensed.
But his words had no effect. The woman ignored him completely, her hands continuing to wander over his body. The softness of her chest pressed against his own, her enticing lips exhaling hot breaths that nearly brushed his neck. The heat seemed to ignite his nerves, sending tingles through his whole body.
In that instant, Xue Tian’ai felt himself burning up, as if a raging fire had been kindled in his heart. If this continued, disaster would be inevitable!
“Miss, where do you live? How about I take you home?” Forcing himself to calm down, Xue Tian’ai hurriedly asked.
She didn’t answer. One of her hands slipped between his thighs, searching, and suddenly gripped something tightly!
Yelping in pain, Xue Tian’ai felt as if his most vital part had been ambushed. He looked down in panic, only to see her hand gripping him intimately and even kneading!
The mingled pain and pleasure made cold sweat bead on his forehead. How could this woman be so fierce? She just went straight for it!
The fire in his belly blazed ever hotter. Taking a deep breath and relying on his iron will, Xue Tian’ai forcibly suppressed any further reaction.
Steadying himself, he restrained her restless hands and scanned his surroundings. Immediately, he spotted a well-appointed hotel nearby. Like a drowning man grasping at straw, Xue Tian’ai scooped up the woman and dashed toward the entrance.
He quickly reached the front desk. “Quick! I need a room!” he blurted out.
Only a young woman was at reception. Seeing Xue Tian’ai carrying a woman in haste, her face was filled with astonishment. She thought, He looks so handsome, but turns out he’s a real wolf! With a frosty tone she replied, “I’m sorry, sir, all our standard rooms are booked. Only the presidential suite is left. Do you still wish to book?”
In fact, this wasn’t true. Plenty of regular rooms remained. The receptionist was simply displeased by Xue Tian’ai’s apparent lechery and decided to make things difficult for him.
Xue Tian’ai didn’t bother to question her words or care about her strange gaze. “Fine, just book it!” he said, handing over his bank card.
All he wanted now was to solve this mess; the vague, lingering sensations were nearly unbearable.
But when the card was swiped, he winced. Damn, a presidential suite really does cost tens of thousands for a single night. Other heroes get rewards and praise for saving a damsel, but his only reward was an empty wallet and dirty looks. He almost wished he’d minded his own business.
But things had gone too far to turn back. Next time, he swore, he’d pick a hotel with normal rooms.
Room key in hand, Xue Tian’ai hurried to the elevator, carrying the woman. He rode up to the tenth floor. To his surprise, the entire floor had only two suites, both presidential. He found his room, swiped the card, and entered.
The presidential suite was opulent, radiating extravagance from every corner. Everything was top of the line, and there were many adjoining rooms. In the center stood a massive, heart-shaped crystal bed, romantic and enchanting.
Seeing the bed, Xue Tian’ai’s eyes lit up. He rushed over and tossed the woman onto it.
Finally, a resolution—what a damn ordeal this whole encounter had been.
But as he turned to leave, the woman suddenly moaned in a voice that could steal souls, “So hot… so itchy…”
Bathed in the dim light, her autumn eyes grew ever more hazy, utterly consumed by desire. Her face was now flushed, the color of sunset painting her already stunning features. She looked like a nymph at dusk, mysterious and dreamlike, enough to stir any heart.
Her hands kept tearing at her own clothes, soon littering the bed with garments. Her half-exposed breasts, the crimson neck and earlobes, all radiated spring’s allure. Wine did not intoxicate her, but desire surely did. Her jade tongue darted out to lick her enticing lips, her pearly teeth flashing as her luminous eyes brimmed with sultry light. Desire rippled from her in waves.
A beauty is a beauty indeed. The temptation she exuded was so intense that Xue Tian’ai felt himself unwittingly drawn in.
His mouth went dry, and the fire he’d just suppressed below now surged up again, his body responding with unyielding pride.
“I can’t take it anymore… help me… help me… it’s so hot… so itchy…”
She seemed to lose all control, going utterly wild. Her eyes burned as she looked at Xue Tian’ai.
Suddenly, she leapt from the bed, her sexy body writhing with desire as she threw herself into his arms, like a cat in heat drawn to her mate. She clung to him like an octopus, her body twisting provocatively, her hands tearing at his clothes.
Xue Tian’ai was no saint, much less an ascetic sage unmoved by temptation. Faced with this, his breath quickened.
Already burning with unspent fire, Xue Tian’ai felt the last of his restraint shatter at her touch and the look in her eyes. The flames in his heart blazed out of control.
“Woman, you asked for this. Don’t blame me for what happens next,” he growled, biting down hard as if to steel himself.
In the next moment, his arms enveloped her heated, voluptuous body. Seeking her burning lips, he claimed her completely.
A feverish rush surged between them, breath mingling with the moans that slipped from her mouth. The woman was already lost in passion.
Xue Tian’ai pushed her back onto the bed, his body pressing down on her slender, lovely form. Garment after garment fell away from them both. Their bodies met, skin to skin, igniting a conflagration of desire.
On the heart-shaped bed, pristine sheets were suddenly blossomed by a single, vivid red flower.
In that moment, both of them were lost, minds collapsed by the force of desire, enslaved by passion. Soft, alluring cries echoed through the room as man and woman surrendered themselves completely.
That night, the room was filled with the scent of spring. That night, the garden bloomed anew.
No one knew how long it lasted before peace finally returned, broken only by the sound of heavy breathing.
Xue Tian’ai now leaned quietly against the bedhead, eyes closed, gathering his spirit. Thinking back on the passions just spent, he felt both satisfaction and a trace of helplessness.
He had meant to go home to his fiancée tonight—how had he ended up in bed with a stranger instead?
Opening his eyes, he glanced at the woman beside him. She was still naked, her skin gleaming with sweat, utterly spent and fast asleep, her flushed body still shifting faintly.
“So I get home and the first thing I do is cheat with my body?” he sighed, sweeping his gaze across the battlefield of the bed.
But then his eyes landed on the crimson bloom staining the white sheets. Under the lights, it was dazzling and provocative.
His face changed. Damn, she was a virgin?
He’d only just returned to China, and already the old man’s prediction of a fateful encounter had come true—an encounter with a rare beauty, no less. What sort of beginning was this?
Xue Tian’ai finally snapped back to his senses, looking at the still-unconscious woman, bewildered.
Should he wait for her to wake up? Or leave? How could he explain himself? He’d saved her only to sleep with her—who would believe such a story?
He pulled out his phone. It was already three in the morning.
“Forget it, better to leave. Less trouble that way. Time to go home,” he decided.
He hurried into the bathroom, took a quick shower to wash away the sweat, and got ready to leave. But something gave him pause—was it right to leave this frail woman, with whom he’d just shared a bed, alone like this? So he pulled a few bills from his wallet and placed them on the nightstand.
I hope this helps her, he thought, dressing and leaving the suite.
Downstairs, the front desk girl was asleep in her chair. Not wanting to disturb her, Xue Tian’ai slipped quietly out of the hotel.
Standing at the entrance, he felt a wave of clarity and freshness. The predawn air of Beiyang City was cool, a gentle breeze soothing his agitated heart.
Relishing the comfort, he began to stroll alone down the empty streets, making his way toward the address of the Hongyang Villas.
But as he walked, a flicker of anxiety welled up inside. Would returning home at this hour scare his fiancée? Or perhaps Qin Mengxue hadn’t even moved into his house at all.
Curiosity, nervousness, and the lingering glow of his recent escapade made his thoughts swirl.
After some time, he finally reached the Hongyang Villas. The eastern sky was just beginning to lighten.
Standing before Villa No. 3, this unfamiliar “home,” Xue Tian’ai felt a strange sense of dislocation. He glanced around and spotted a Volkswagen Phaeton parked in the small yard.
His heart leapt. It seemed his fiancée really had moved in, and she was as beautiful as the rumors claimed. If only…
A lecherous grin crept across his face. After all, she was his fiancée—there was nothing illegal about fantasizing.
With mounting excitement, he opened the small gate and approached the main entrance.
He entered the code on the electronic lock—“Tian’ai is the most handsome,” the password he’d set when he bought the house.
But the lock flashed “incorrect password,” leaving him stunned. Damn, he couldn’t get into his own house? Had the little minx changed his code?
He didn’t linger long. If the door wouldn’t open, there were always windows. And it wasn’t a crime to climb into one’s own home, was it?
He went to the right side of the villa, leapt lightly onto the first-floor ledge, grabbed the second-floor sill, and pulled himself up.
A small window faced him, locked, but it was no challenge. He plucked a few hairs from his head, twisted them into a makeshift rope, and set to work on the lock.
As he picked it, he couldn’t help but feel absurd—breaking into his own house like he was on a mission! Soon, the window was open.
He slipped inside and found himself in a bathroom. The vanity was filled with women’s cosmetics—all luxury brands. In the corner hung a pair of pure black, lacy underwear.
Damn! What a sultry scene to walk into. Xue Tian’ai swallowed involuntarily. Had he landed straight in Qin Mengxue’s bedroom?
He quietly opened the bathroom door and crept into the bedroom. There, beneath the covers, was a sleeping figure.
Calming his heart, he tiptoed to the bedside. But the next instant, he was utterly stunned.
Lying there was none other than his fiancée, Qin Mengxue. Though he’d seen her photo before, in person she was even more beautiful and captivating.
She slept with a gentle grace, her body’s curves a feast for the eyes. Silky hair fanned across the pillow, her brows slender, eyes gently closed. Butterfly-like lashes fluttered in repose, her lips rosy and tender, a bare shoulder exposed, her skin luminous as jade.
In the soft morning light, Qin Mengxue looked like a goddess descended to earth, tranquil and enchanting.
Xue Tian’ai was utterly entranced by her peerless beauty, squatting by the bed, eyes devouring every inch of her loveliness.
